Is it possible to settle out of court with out a minute of final orders?

You can enter into orders by consent at anytime if you agree..... You submit them, a court registrar reviews the terms & if satisfied the proposed orders are fair & just (in kids best interests if parenting orders) then they will be stamped & become final orders by consent
