My thoughts are that post-separation earnings earned after the case assessment conference will not form part of the shared pool, it will only affect how the assets in the shared pool is distributed. Assets between separation and the case assessment conference may form part of the shared pool, however, my understanding is that this will determined on a case by case basis to see if it is related to any pre-separation assets.
