VIC Process of Getting a Divorce in Australia?

I have came Australia on 457 visa 5 months ago.Then I came to know my wife cheated on me. Now I don't want the relationship. What are the options of getting a divorce if Australia?

Please help me out

You have to be separated for 12 months before you can apply for a divorce in this country, and you also need to meet the requirements of citizenship - namely that you've resided in Australia for 12 months and consider it your usual home.

We have already separated for more than 12 months. She is India and I am in Australia right now.
