Is it legal for a Private Car Park Company to issue a ticket? My ticket was displayed on the dash board and according to the private car park, the vehicle was parked for longer time that the ticket indicated.
Is it legal under Traffic Law for them to issue a ticket for $65? I have seen letters from friends of mine saying to these private cars that they are not a Government body to be authorised to charge us?
