hi there, i have question about family tree websites a cusion of mine has done a family tree he has my full name date of birth and where i was born i never gave permission for him to use my personal information i have ask him to remove my date of birth he has also listed my children information as well im worried if the site gets hacked which it has in past where do i stand as to privacy laws and any other. cheers

Hi, I am sorry that it appears no one has replied to you. I also would be unhappy if those details were out there for all to see. Maybe you could contact the website yourself and explain your concern?

i have contacted the the relative and they have taken it off just wait and see thanks for your reply
