Can an intimate image of yourself be shared without your consent in someone else’s legal proceedings under privacy law?

Do you mean in court proceedings? If so, I think it is allowed as it will stay in court and not spread in the public. This is my understanding, and I am not a lawyer, I am sure a lawyer would correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, if it is relevant evidence. The rules of evidence are complex and it is ultimately up to the court as to whether it is admissible.
