VIC Police 2 weeks late with Further & Better Particulars FIVO.

Hi.

The police were ordered to have their further & better particulars in by August 20th.

In the absence of any further and better particulars being lodge I lodge mine today which was the final day to respond.

Mine are very detailed and have 16 appendices of evidence including how Victoria Police failed to follow their own Code of Practice of DV with a person with disabilities 2.3.6 and the other parties legal representative breaching rule 19 of the Lawyers code . Being Frank in Court.

At 15:54 this afternoon Victoria Police Lodged Further & Better Particulars with a total change of narrative and extremely vague particulars.

What is the procedure and requirements for the courts to accept or reject these as they were 2 weeks late and done in response to my lodgement? Victoria Police have disregarded the court ordered time and now taken a completely different swing as their case had fallen apart.
