Hi, I have been caught shoplifting some of the charges were put under stealing .
First in 2013 and then in 2016
Both were given a no recorded conviction
First time I was ordered to pay court costs and given a probation
Second time I got a fine and the judge said if I did it again I would go to jail.
I have done it again this year and I think I have been caught.
The items I took were well under $150 from Woolworths.
I am not a well person and have committed these acts each time when I have been at a very low ebb.
I suffer with PTSD, depression and anxiety.
I have been crying and my anxiety is through the roof after this latest slip.
What can I expect to happen?
I was not stopped at Woolworths but knew they saw me.
I am living a downhill spiral waiting for the police to knock on my door.
Each offence was committed in Queensland but in different towns.
Please can you help me with information please.

Chances are, the part-trained monkeys shop security didn't even notice you.
They are not paid enough to be all that diligent.
And even if they did see you, maybe they didn't want to confront you
because "mental health people" are (in their minds) too high risk to deal with.

Take yourself to a Community Legal Centre for some advice.
And see your GP.
