Hi,

My boss has asked me to produce a user service contract even though I have no background in law and have advised him to get a professional to do it. He said to just plagiarise from similar companies' service contract.

Will I be personally liable for any legal consequences arising from this contract? Or will the company be held responsible?

Can be both. Partly also depends on seniority, the more senior you are, the more chance there is.

This is not a black and white area of law and you'd probably need the advice of a lawyer familiar with commercial, employment and IP law. These 3 areas are all in play.
