I am recovering from a personal injury: Cervical Neck Fusion c5 c6. The accident has put a Gliosis Scar on my Spinal Cord. the Neurosurgeon Dr J has told me that it is permanent and he does not expect these issues to ever resolve. Insurance has offered me a payout of wages and rehab and medical but nothing for injury to spinal cord, the insurance company says the Gliosis Scar may get better I have researched it online and it also says the Gliosis Scars are permanent. What sort of percentage of loss would this be?

- Have you received a letter from the neurosurgeon in relation to the likelihood that the scar on your spinal cord will cause permanent damage?
