I have a question about a perm part time contract
This is my contract minus my name and the employers name. If I only work 20h some weeks due to the employer taking a day off or he does not have any work for the week do I still get paid the 24h or do I only get paid for the hours of work he gives me ?

Pay - hourly rate is $35.50 per hour, plus penalty rates if the day's work is longer than 8 hours.

Pay day is on Fridays into your nominated bank account.

Three month probation period beginning Wednesday 4th of October 2023 and ending Thursday 4th January 2024.

Conditions:
If unavailable to work due to illness, a medical certificate is needed.
Failure to attend work for any unreasonable reason will end in termination of contract and employment.
Any issues, or to arrange leave, please contact our Administration Manager
