Is it possible to take legal action against an online international seller?
I have issued a Form 1 but are just mocking the form, they think it's a joke.

They shipped me the incorrect item, they asked me to return the item at my expense and they will ship the right one.
I shipped the item back at my expense and they keep on asking me to ship it back and they will refund me.

When I advise them over and over the item has been returned and explain the issue the just reply with a smiley emoji.

The item was shipped from their Australian Warehouse, does Australian Consumer Law come into play here?

Going to be difficult cause they are based OS... The link below provides some info. If you know what country they are based in & if that country has some kind of consumer protection agency, you MAY have some success.. Wouldn't hold my breath though..

Possible, yes, but almost certainly impractical and
very often cost-inefficient compared to the value of the goods in question.

Thanks everyone.
It's the principal of the matter now.

Doing more online research about this company they have ripped off tens of thousands.
Might see what can be done to stop them.

Thanks again
