My brother and I are co-executors of our mother's will. I am trying to be transparent; I do not believe he is. I asked that his partner not be involved and requested only blood relatives be involved. He has sent his partner and his daughter to stay at the house and will not answer my requests for information on who is staying and when. His partner is going through my mother's belongings and taking things.

He would not allow me to retrieve my mother's ashes from the crematorium unless I put it in writing that I would not take the ashes back to Melbourne with me. He wants them at a crematorium that no one will ever visit and my mother would be horrified. I would not be surprised if he substitutes the ashes.

Help.
