The IPC (the Information and Privacy Commission) recently made a Freedom of Information decision in my favor and now the NSW Government wants to take me to NCAT to challenge the decision. My question is, wouldn't it be expected that the NSW Government take the IPC to the Tribunal for a review of their decision? What do they hope to get from me? I'm happy to go to the NCAT hearings and present, but I'm not so sure I understand this one.
