Let me be clear.
Lawyers usually only do conditional costs work
(that is, "no win, no fee" of the kind you're talking about)
in personal injury matters.
They almost never do "no win, no fee" type work in other kinds of cases.
You'll be very lucky indeed to find one who is prepared to take on
the kind of matter you are talking about on that basis.

Yes I am aware of that. 2 companies, 6 lawyers later were only delaying the case and gave invoices after invoices. Need someone who can do a proper job and take it more seriously.
