VIC Nearly being caught for Shoplifting

Please help me.....

I am so embarrassed and desperate now.i went to chemist shop and I stupidly put a couple of item in my bag it was $20 around worth item.I don’t even know what I was doing I swear it was first time in my life...Then paid for a cheap item$4 with my debit card.
But then i got caught by security guy and he asked me about those items I just lied that got it from other store. Then he said he is going to check something and told me to wait for 2 minutes and he took the items.
But then I was so scared so I just ran away...
I’m so scared and can’t do anything now...
I know this was such a stupid thing and I will never do this again
do you think they can find my details by the card that I paid with and will police come to my place to arrest me soon? What should I do?
