Hi, I'm involved in an NCAT strata matter, where i am seeking a s 237, compulsory strata management application. I have considerable tangible evidence, a very strong case and even whilst we are waiting for the hearing the breaches continue. The respondent is the OC, and I received a form where the secretary has grabbed a group of owners and trying to get them joined as an additional party. The owners are already members of the OC so I'm assuming that this is just a strategy for most not all owners to front up to NCAT and say why this shouldn't happen. There has been so much mismanagement and corruption (wont use that word at NCAT) that I'm not sure what they are going to say other than the usual rubbish. They refuse to let go because their vested interests will be lost. This is quite easily achieved through an affidavit. Any ideas on how I can legitimately get this dropped by NCAT so I don't look like a bitter and twisted applicant.
