Is my brother considered a 50% owner of the land without his name on the deeds. He has his name on the mortgage for the land and pays 50% of this monthly.
Hi partner advised he should not put his name on the deeds due to securing finance.
They have split but were in a DeFacto relationship for seven years, living together for three.
