Hi, my mum died intestate in March this year, my father died 10 years ago, I have 2 sisters. My mum's house title shows her as sole owner with a bank mortgage attached to it, my sisters have lived in mum's house for many years. I have requested information from my eldest sister on what is happening and she will give me no information other than 3 weeks ago stating that she engaged a solicitor to handle mum's estate. I have requested the details of the solicitor but she will not tell me. I have read the Queensland Law Reporter's Intention to Apply for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration section each week but so far nothing. Feel something is wrong here not sure what to do. Hope you can offer some guideance on what I am entitled to know and be included in. Regards
