HI, my ex partner has put children in harms way more than once rolled the vehicle while on cocaine which I only just found out recently he was on drugs and also 1 yr got done for possessions of drugs and more . he agreed to start off slowly seeing his children , but not demanding to see fortnightly visits which the children don't want to do yet. so my question is do I have the right to be careful of him seeing them ? or am I legally have to let him have them?
