hi I missed Court a few days ago I've just realised wondering how to find out what the outcome of the court proceedings were

Depends what it is for?

If it is for a fine only matter it could have been dealt with in your absence or adjourned, and less likely a warrant to bring you before a court.

If more serious matter, I would not contact the court initially, but would get some legal advice from a solicitor you can trust not to dob you, in as you most likely have a warrant out for your arrest.

If you have a reasonable excuse why you could not attend, not just that you slept in, you can apply for a section 4 anullment and have the matter reheard.
