Gday I work in warehousing I've been at the one site for over a year doing full time hours I also ran a department for a number of months just wondering how long they can keep me as a casual

Generally someone that is casual shouldn't be doing regular permanent hours. Your rate should be based on the casual award. It is common practice to have casual employees doing some regular hours for a short stint like a turn-around at a refinery or plant, but 12 months is too long. If you feel comfortable discussing it with your boss that's probably the best otherwise you could look at the fairwork route.
