QLD Land Titles Office and Writing an Advert for Lost Land Title?

Hi, can anyone please tell me how I should word an advert to go into the daily paper regarding a lost Land Title Deed? I have been advised that I have to advertise I think 3 times before I can lodge the papers at the Land Titles Office. Thank you.
