So have Final order hearing coming up in a few months, daughter currently 100% in my care with restraining orders against ex for last 2 years as they are accused of having raped my daughter(8) and me, hearing for that is still ongoing.
Prior to the rapes my daughter was in his care between 2 years old and 6 years old as I have 5 other children and couldn't care for her.
The judge has stated he may revert the care to my ex and he wants me to put an alternative arrangement into my new order request for the trial.
What the heck am I supposed to put in it, because yeah if she goes back into his care, that's messed up, I don't want anything to do with him.
