Best thing is to write down the exact wording of the orders - just change names / locations etc. If the orders state supervision through a contact centre then they will more than likely expect you to go to them. And you really should do as the orders state. If your ex is claiming that you're dangerous then playing nice and jumping through all the hoops is your best bet.
