NSW Incorrect SDRO Letter - Grounds to Have it Dismissed?

Hi,

I received a letter from SDRO for not stopping at an orange light, but the police ticket I received is for not stopping at a red.

I asked the SDRO to review the ticket and they also notice the discrepancy which they have apologies for and NSW police are issuing a new one because it was wrong.

Do I have legal grounds to have this dismissed as my original SDRO letter was incorrect?

Sorry no. Police are allowed to correct their errors and reissue fines.

The old days of getting off on something like this are long past.
