and Maybe. A prenup can be challenged so it needs to be well written and the longer the marriage the easier it is to challenge.. The birth of a child can also be reason for a prenup to be challenged.

Do your best to avoid court at all ..... If it finishes up there the ONLY winners are the lawyers... as for the litigants, there are only lesser degrees of losing
