What happens to a 43 male and his son of 23 that bash a 65 year old male on his property? The 65 year old has a broken jaw, broken collarbone, separate shoulder and miss teeth.

Why have you not already called the police?

The police should be able to tell you what charges they propose.
There are numerous alternatives, depending on
the facts, circumstances, and available evidence.

Why have you not already called the police?

Exactly what i first wondered?

Then i realized sometimes the older generation can be quite proud, and not want to run to police.... still, they need to be looked after! please go to police!!

Thank you Clancy
He is of the old guy stuff. I guess.
But I have never in my 35 years seen the injures and trauma, on anyone. So gutless what has happened.
