My deceased sister have 2 executors, one of them is the husband. My sister have several shares and 1 bank acount which is only on her name and the rest of her assets and other bank acount are under husband and wife's name. The will states that 5 brothers will receive proceeds of the shares and a bank account that are only under my sister's name. The issue here is the husband wants to claim a 50 % of the total proceeds. Is this right?
