My sister just got married to an Indian guy who is an Australian citizen a month ago. She just came to know that her husband was still having an affair with his first wife & she was still living with him even though he has divorced her in 2014.
Now when my sister came to know that her husband still has an affair with his ex-wife, he is now forcing my sister to sign the divorce papers, else he will not apply for her permanent residency visa. Also, he is threatening my sister that legally she will not be able to do anything as she is still an Indian citizen.
My sister has a 3-month visitor visa only.
I want to know what her legal rights now are... Can she file a cheating & criminal case? She is alone there & need urgent help.
