I am one of three executors on my mothers estate. The other two do not get along and things are starting to drag out. I see this whole thing being taken through the courts and the whole estate going up in legal fees. I don't have the stomach or the fortitude to deal with it all and cannot see how I can resolve the issue.... what do I need to do to revoke my responsibilities as Executor?

You don't have to be executor if you don't want to . If probate hasn't been granted and you haven't dealt with or "inter meddled" in the estate you can fill in a form to renounce probate. Have a look on the NSW Supreme Court website for the form. Is there a lawyer involved? If so speak to them.
