A number of individuals have paid deposits to a business operator to have goods manufactured, which have not materialised, resulting in cancelled orders, and demands for deposit refunds. These cases have gone to the Magistrates court and had awarded judgements in favour of the plaintiffs. Examination summonses have been issued, and directives made to pay the debts. The Defendant has defaulted on these directions, and been arrested, gone back to court and been issued with further directions to pay, which still do not materialise. Is there any way we can act jointly to enforce these debts (perhaps through debt collectors), or see the perpetrator incarcerated?

Is the defendant an individual or a business (that is, a Pty Ltd, etc.)?

Hi @Barrel Bloke,
To clarify, when you search the defendant's Australian Business Number (ABN) using ABN Lookup, it shows the the defendant is a Sole Trader operating with a Business Name?
