NSW How to Get ICL to Follow Up on Report?

My partner had a family report done in November of 2015 and still has no court date or confirmation that the report has been finalised. How can we get the ICL to follow up on the report? This is the third family report now and these proceedings have been going for nearly three years now with no progress at all.

You can have your own lawyer chase the matter up. Generally the ICL will try to remain independent so they may not discuss certain aspects with you, but your own lawyer should be able to advise on how to proceed.
