QLD How to Get Guardianship of 13-Year-Old Nephew in India?

Hi there,

How can I get legal guardianship of a 13-year-old NZ citizen nephew (currently living in India with his parents) for the purpose of his study in Queensland?

Kindly reply as soon as possible because of the commencement of the study year.

Why don't his parents just get him an Australian student visa,

Why don't his parents just get him an Australian student visa,
and make some guardian arrangements?

The parents went to NZ for a visit on visitors visas. In that time they give the birth to boy, that's why the boy has a New Zealand citizenship (Passport). The Parents are holding Indian Passport and they're not eligible to get Australia's visas. In that case how can I get legal guardianship ?
