I've been with this company since 2012 & have been operations manager for 18 months there abouts. Our operating hours are from 8am-5pm Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

On my calculations, that is a 45-hour week? I've been trying to find a calculator to work out what I should be paid with no such luck. My award wage is Vehicle industry RS&R - driver of a tow truck class 1. Then there is overtime, which we are paid cash in hand every week $30 for a trade job and $50 for a smash.

We average 1-1.5 hours per job by the time we receive the call at home till we arrive back at home.

What am I meant to be paid for this under employment law?

I lose out on more superannuation every week as well as losing more of a healthier tax return at the end of the year.

What modern award are you on? Or is it an EBA?

Have you looked at Clause 28 of this award?
