NSW How long for lawyer to prepare parental orders

I advised my lawyer 3 weeks to Go to court for parental orders. She asked for $3000 which she got. Now heading into third week. I advised this is very urgent as lawyer is well aware of my out control situation. Just got draft affidavit on Friday !!!

2+ weeks to get back to you with a draft on a matter of urgency is pathetic IMO
