My husband is the main applicant and we are hoping to receive Temporary Residency (489) for SA soon as we have already paid the visa fee. But our relationship is breaking down and we are contemplating waiting for the visa to come in and enter Australia before making anything official as we both intend to make a life there. Please advise how will this divorce effect my status (dependent visa) and weather I would be allowed to continue living in Australia after the divorce.
