Can I divorce my husband once we have been granted for 489 (regional) visa since we both wants to continue living in Australia and if I file divorce the he might get his visa cancelled so we have decided to get divorce in mutual understandin. Does it effect my spouse’s visa and am I able to marry someone else after 2 months and bring him here in Australia in my 489 visa. Please give me some info guyz
