I have a full time job amazingly still but I can't seem to get a house no matter how many houses I apply for.
My 5 yo son has never lived with me as I live in supported accommodation (Ainslie Village) and no matter how many houses I apply for usually through real estate agent, I can't get a house.
I have paid for a search to see if I'm black listed with real estate agents and result was negative.
This is the top option house on my list of houses:
I have tried to call and email the real estate agent but no results. I want to accept the house as is without viewing it. Application is on halt as it requires a viewing code.
Other houses I have viewed or viewed digitally and applied for many but no results.
I don't know what can be done but I'm out of ideas so even just making enquiries with the real estate agent could help.
