VIC Having Two Relationships at the Same Time - Legal?

Is there any part in the family law against having a relationship with two at the same time?

My ex-husband was having an affair with a lady for more than 2 years and as I knew he wanted to keep going with both of us together until one relationship overtakes.

There's a law against marrying more than one person at the same time, but no law against dating two people at the same time.
