I’ve been using UPF Scan - Ultra-Processed Food Checker to check how processed my food is, and it makes stuff like this way easier to figure out. You just scan the barcode or search the product, and it tells you how processed it is based on ingredients. I was surprised how some brands of cream cheese are more processed than others, even if they look the same.
