I went to the hairdresser today for a hair cut and she did do a good job with my hair but she accidentally cut me with the clippers and I was wondering if I am entitled to a full or partial refund and maybe a small amount of compensation. I didn't make any fuss about it at the time but it did hurt a bit when she cut me. any advice would be great.
