my question is
If someone has been charged with GBH and has been sentenced in 2018 for 6 years is eligible for parole after 2 year (which they have applied for as its 6 months prior).
The person that was injured back in 2016 was put into a vegetated state and been in 24hr care has passed away recently..can the person whom committed the crime be charged again with murder after the original charge due to current circumstances
