If the crime of Attempted Murder occurred abroad and the perpetrator who is Wanted with Warrants and has an INTERPOL Red Notice issued against them and taking refuge in Australia on a Visa, is Aided by someone in Australia to evade prosecution, can this person be Charged in Australia for Accessory after the Fact for Aiding and Abetting?

I am not sure but from common sense, yes, the person who provided the aid will be wanted too, the other point which needs to be addressed if the Australia has agreement with that country (for police - like Interpol)
