Is there a free mediation service available in Victoria? I am having a dispute with a Club which is an Incorporated Association. I have contacted the Dispute Settlement Centre who are unable to assist.

I am not aware of any free mediation service beside the Dispute Settlement Centre. I am surprised they won't do it. Did they say why? Are both parties willing to mediate?
