VIC Who Should be a Representative of Incorporated Associations?

Hi,

I would love to have any help regarding the following situation:

A foreign incorporated association would like to extend its activities in Melbourne. From a legal standpoint, is it possible for me to be their representative while being the member of an un-corporated association, or should we become an incorporated association first and link up with them?

I would really appreciate any help on incorporated associations. Thank you in advance.

Oh, I am sorry, it is a wellness program, based on some guided meditation and yoga exercises, and focusing on daily practices of how to sleep, eat and drink in a right way.

And I am wondering if a foreign nonprofit incorporated association can open a representative in VIC, or is a representative usually only for commercial purposes?
