VIC Fraudulent IVO cross application

A violent criminal who is facing 3 criminal charges for his ruthless actions has managed to get a bogus cross application IVO against me after several attempts. I am appalled by his abuse of the legal system and complete disregard for the intended purpose of intervention orders. I am willing to take legal action against this immoral person. Can anyone advise of what avenues I can take?

Hi CSFLW,
Yes it’s an interim order. It is a cross application scheduled for October. The original police application made on my behalf was adjourned in June, and is scheduled for January. I have applied to adjourn his court date until January. I have learnt that cross applications are usually heard at the same time.
