Needing advice on possible sentence fpr 1st time breach of DVO..contravene (consuming 2 cans of bourbon) then arguing with victim.
Victim said she was not coming home that night but whilst in the process of consuming the alcohol she just turned up,informed me she gambled all our money away which lead to arguement and therefore my arrest..i was relesaed on bail with no changes to my DVO.
I was 3 wks away from finishing my 9 month good behaviour bond.
No voilence took place.
