Hi
Traveling on main two lane road I stopped to turn right on side line for turn right only. Whilst waiting for the green arrow I changed my mind realising I should have turned left instead, waited for traffic to clear & pulled out safely & turned left next street! Police stopped me explained that I crossed white fixed line coming out of the right turn lane(fair enough) fine &no points but for the same infringement he also got me for disobeying directional arrow on road for which was same amount again $106.- but also 3points! I could accept this heavy-handed grab for revenue but 3 points.... Lastly the officer pulled me over on the side street of the main road yet filled out the tickets in location not where the infringement took place but where he caught up with me.... Any advice would be much appreciated

There appears to be no question that you did what was alleged.
You have nothing.
Pay the fines and move on with your life.
