Hi,

I have mediation booked with my ex for a possible financial agreement, so I have provided him with my financial disclosure but so far I got nothing from him.

My question is, is he obligated to disclose? If so, is there a time by which he should disclose? For exemple a week before the mediation date? Or he can just decide to provide the disclosure one hour before the meeting, not giving me the chance to examine it?

No, it is with a mediator

Not sure of the rules in WA. But one thing I'd do if this is court ordered mediation is attempt to hit him with the full costs of mediation for failing to 'mediate'.
